Validation in separation techniques

For the validation tasks students have to use Agilent Chemstation Instrument 1 Offline program in room B103 or B201. Instrument 1 offline evaluation program starts by clicking on its icon. The teacher demonstrates the use of the program at the beginning of the practice. For the preparation of the lab manual students are required to print the electropherograms, diagrams and tables, so a pendrive is needed to save the data.
