Aim of the course is to introduce biology students to the basic laboratory work. General laboratory procedures will be carried out such as mass and volume measurements, solution preparation, density measurement, titration. The seminar will help to prepare for the laboratory practices by giving a theoretical backgroung as well as calulation problems connected to the experiments will be solved.
